Rhode Island Emcee Hil Holla has been bubbling under the radar for quite some time now. After releasing his Debut EP entitled ‘Hard Liquor: The Prohibition’ in 2012, he has been hard at work on his follow up project entitled ‘Outside Providence’ slated to release later this year.
